Dear Parishioners,

This week the Church celebrates the great Solemnity of the Ascension of the Lord. After His Passion, Death, and glorious Resurrection, Jesus ascends to the right hand of the Father, not to leave us behind, but to draw us more deeply into the mystery of God’s love. From the Cross to the empty tomb, and now to the glory of Heaven, Christ reveals that love is stronger than sin, suffering, and even death itself.
